Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any pass, ticket or spot at an event on idance-events you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please carefully read the below clauses which you are accepting. These terms were updated July 1st, 2016.

Registration and Purchase
Your registration or purchase creates a binding agreement between you and the event organiser. Check your selection carefully before you complete the purchase. Once event passes, tickets or spots are reserved or purchased, they can neither be changed nor refunded and the full amount is due.
Resale of tickets is prohibited without prior agreement with idance-events or the event organiser.

Payment Processing
In addition to the price of the pass set by the organiser of an event, depending on the payment method selected, there will be a non-refundable fee added by the payment processor for ticketing, payment processing and debit/credit card processing. In general on Cash/Smartum payments where and when available there is charge between 0€ and 2€, on Bank Transfers there is a 3€ fee and on Debit/Credit card payments there is a 3% + 3€ fee.

Event Changes by the Organisers
At any time the organisers have the right to make changes to the schedules, line-up, locations, promotions, and anything else related to their event. You understand that the organisers will make these changes as deemed necessary and that most of the time these changes are beyond the control of the organisers. These changes will not entitle the purchaser to a refund. For the majority of these changes the official Facebook event is the main way of communicating with attendees. The attendee is responsible for checking the facebook event for any last minute changes.
If the sold event is cancelled by the organiser, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the event ticket/pass/spot originally purchased, in other words the face-value of the event ticket. The processing fees will not be refunded.

You’re not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend an event.
In the event you will not attend the event and have not paid yet please see the section “No-show”.
In the event you will not attend you are allowed to re-sell your ticket according to the conditions in the section “Name Change / Pass Reselling”.

If for any reason you do not show up at the event, and have any fees due, you will receive an email with our account details for you to settle the outstanding amount. In the event of not showing up for the event 100% of the fee is due.

Name Change / Pass Reselling
If you can’t attend you are allowed to give your pass or sell your pass to someone else that has not registered yet. If this is the case please inform us using the contact form, letting us know who will take your place. The person who will take your pass will still need to register in order for us to have their details and write in the “Additional Information”  that they are buying your pass. Any names changes made latest 1 month before the event have an administrative fee of 10€ and if they are made less than 1 month before the event the administrative fee is 20€.
Exception: In the event that you won a pass or were given a pass by someone, no reselling is possible and no name changes are possible. Only the original person can use the pass. If you will not attend please inform us.
At all times the original purchase is liable for the payment of the pass plus any administrative fees for the name change.

Pass Upgrade
Where available you are able to upgrade your pass by informing the organiser and by paying the difference between the pass you purchased and the current rate of the pass you are upgrading to. You will be informed where to pay the difference.

Instructions in regards to the wristbands you might get when attending an event, please remember to make sure that it is comfortable while putting it on!

  • You can get your wristband at the check-in desk with a MOBILE OR PRINTED E-TICKET. Without it you won’t be able to get it.
  • You have not received your mobile or e-ticket? Take your proof of payment!
  • You can only access the event with your wristband, wear it the whole weekend.
  • You can only exchange a damaged/destroyed wristband by bringing it to get it exchanged.

I Dance Events can at no time be held liable for the information published on the website by an organiser.
